Help Me Please Im Getting So Mad!!!!!!?

ok i got halo pc 1 year ago and it ALWAYS work before now its not working at all it installs fine and everything but when in the "Inserted disc" mode i press "play" and i wait about 1 to 5 seconds and the "Halo has encountered a promblem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience" thing apears..........WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it didnt even got to the MAIN MENU OF THE GAME!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!----pc specs----(i know its not this it always worked before)------------------

reboot PC


reinstall the game





I had to this with different games thru the years. Some fil.es get delete by power surges, playing the games and power shuts off, etc

well i think the executable program can be corrupted.... maybe a virus.... try using antivirus....if it doesnt work... then try reinstalling the game... without uninstalling it.... but if insist on uninstalling.... you may do so.... besure to backup the saved data of the game.... (try looking at the installed folder or mydocuments)





if still doesnt work... then format the computer and reinstall in clean one.... dont forget to back up you data...
